About Me
Hi, I'm Angela! I’m an occupational therapist passionate about helping you live a more independent, meaningful, and joyful life.
I understand how mental health struggles can make simple tasks feel monumental. My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending evidence-based techniques with compassion to figure out what works best for you. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are to help you make progress toward your goals, transforming everyday tasks into more positive experiences.

My Background
With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, my practice is built on a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.
My expertise is rooted in years of clinical, educational, and leadership experience, with a longstanding focus on delivering high-quality virtual care across all settings. During my time as co-owner and managing director of an occupational therapy division in a multidisciplinary practice, I collaborated closely with mental health therapists to design holistic care that integrated psychology with real-world functional interventions. I bring that same collaborative approach to my extensive background in school-based occupational therapy, where I focused on supporting students and achieving classroom goals. Drawing on this foundation, my mission is to bridge the gap between mental health and functional independence in your daily life.
To provide you with the highest quality of care, I am committed to continuous learning. My specialized training includes:
• Mental Health: Adult Mental Health Microcredential, Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP), Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS), Certified Trauma Professional (CTP)
• Neurodiversity: Autism Microcredential, The Alert Program for Self-Regulation
• Functional Skills: Fine and Visual Motor Skills, Executive Functioning, Sensory Processing

For Individuals and Families
Virtual outpatient occupational therapy focused on helping you or your child confidently engage in the activities that matter most. We work together to:
• Improve executive functioning: Build practical skills for planning, organization, time management, and task follow-through.
• Establish sustainable routines: Create daily habits—including sleep, hygiene, and household management—that promote consistency and reduce burnout.
• Manage sensory processing: Identify and address sensory sensitivities that interfere with your ability to focus, work, or relax.
• Develop fine and visual motor skills: Enhance the coordination and dexterity needed for independent self-care, handwriting, and daily household tasks.
• Navigate life transitions: Build the independent living skills needed for moving to college, starting a new job, or transitioning into adulthood.
• Support mental health and wellbeing: Use functional strategies to manage anxiety and depression while building self-confidence in your daily roles.
• Succeed in school and work: Identify and implement the specific accommodations and practical supports you need to thrive in your environment.
• Empower parents and caregivers: Provide parents with the tools and strategies to support their child’s development and regulation at home.
For Schools and Educators
