With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, my practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My expertise draws on years of clinical, educational, and leadership experience delivering virtual care across the life span. While the foundation of my career was established in outpatient mental health and school-based occupational therapy, I love the incredible versatility of my work and the different areas we can address together.
By partnering alongside mental health professionals, I help create truly holistic care—blending psychological support with practical, everyday solutions. I apply this same collaborative spirit to my work with students, empowering them to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
Ultimately, my mission is to help you do the things you want or need to do. Simply put: if it's important to you, it's important to me.
